I stood out in my black Forces and looked around, taking my ponytail down from it's holder, not wanting to be out here.

"Sup, B," I heard somebody yell, and I didn't want to look in that direction.

Instead, I headed over to the corner store to get me something to drink. Maybe that'll calm my nerves, and cool me off. To be March, it's hot as hell outside. We all should just be lucky that it's wind gusts or else you'd sweat out your edges.

When I opened the freezer door in Gary's store and just stood there for the cold air. The only thing that came back to me was the day that Junior and Brandon were in here, the day of the block party, the day we had our first kiss.
